- 1 can organic coconut milk (refrigerated)
- 3 tablespoon light agave nectar
- 2 frozen ripe bananas
- 2 tablespoons cacoa nibs
- 2 teaspoon kahlua (can substitute rum)
Put the coconut milk, agave, bananas, kahlua in a blender and blend until smooth. Place mixture into ice cream maker and follow the manufactures instructions. Add nibs last before you store in your freezer.
Store in the freezer. Let it rest on the counter for a few minutes prior to scooping.
