Low Fat White Nectarine Ice Cream

i got some lovely white nectarines from my favorite farm.


1 1/4 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup organic skim milk

1/4 cup light agave nectar

1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 teaspoon kirsch

2 white nectarines, pureed (i keep the skin on)


Blend all ingredients in blender or food processor.  Place mixture into ice cream maker and follow the manufactures instructions.  Store in the freezer. Let it rest on the counter for a few minutes prior to scooping.
