2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup light agave nectar (as needed)
2 teaspoon kirsch
2 1/2 cups cherries
3-4 tablespoons organic cacao nibs
Pulse cherries, kirsch and agave (kept it a little chunky). Then, I let the mixture sit for about 45 minutes- during which time, my husband and I took our babies on a walk around our complex. I then added the heavy cream and mixed it. Place mixture into ice cream maker and follow the manufactures instructions.
My husband couldn’t wait to taste it so we scooped some out for him, added some whipped cream and a fresh cherry on top!
i guess he likes it!!! he says, very “YUM”
Store in the freezer. Let it rest on the counter for a few minutes prior to scooping.
