2.5 pounds beef, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon roasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon scallions, chopped
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
3/4 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup sweetener
3/4 cup water
1 tablespoon garlic, pressed
place beef in marinade and place in refrigerator for at least 5 hours, i like to marinade it overnight.
mix the rest of the ingredients with the beef (marinade can be used at a later time or thrown away) and cook on frying pan or grill.
romaine or red leaf lettuce
To assemble, layer a lettuce leaf with a slice or two of grilled beef and bean sprouts, cilantro, etc., then roll up and enjoy!
